Capitec Bank is on the lookout for energetic, self-motivated individuals who would like to work for this innovative bank. They are looking for Bank Better Champions in various provinces. These are people who will among other things welcome clients at the bank, assist those clients at Capitec Bank ATMs.
Purpose Statement
The purpose of the position is to welcome clients and coordinate the branch flow through efficient queue functioning, providing excellent client service by assisting clients at the ATM, and completing transactions on any remote or self-service channels. This is more like ATM Assistants.
Experience required
There is no experience required but the individual needs to hold a Grade 12 National Certificate/Matric certificate.
The ideal candidate will be one with:
At least 1 year’s client service experience within a retail/ financial/ banking environment.
Minimum Qualifications Required
Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)
Knowledge
Basic calculations
Knowledge of Capitec Bank products and business processes (internal)
Skills
