Job Summary
Allan Gray is Africa’s largest privately-owned investment management company managing more than R500bn of assets. We are focused on generating long-term wealth for our clients including individuals, retirement funds, insurers, trusts, companies, and foundations. They invest through our focused range of unit trusts, retirement products, and life insurance investment pools or in segregated portfolios across both the institutional and retail business. Our headquarters are in Cape Town, with additional offices across South Africa, as well as in Windhoek, Namibia, and Gaborone, Botswana.
Job Responsibilities
The successful interns will be placed in suitable business areas for a 2-week internship to solve different challenges in each, with an opportunity to get exposure to the business, be mentored by others, and present their results to senior management at Allan Gray.
Qualifying Criteria
- This internship is only open to final year students currently completing an under or post-graduate Commerce or Business Science degree with majors in Finance, Economics, Investments, Engineering, Mathematics, and Statistics.
- A minimum GPA of 70% or higher throughout your university tenure
- Must be eligible to work in South Africa
