Job Description
The Learnership is a structured work-based program designed to give unemployed youth work experience within our company. Participants will gain practical work skills that will assist them in their future careers, especially in the Financial and Insurance industry. Successful applicants will enter into a fixed-term Learnership agreement (not an employment contract) and receive a stipend.

Qualifications
- Matric (high school diploma)
- A completed Degree is beneficial but not compulsory
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- No prior work experience required
Eligibility Criteria for INSETA Learnership Program
To qualify, you need to:
- Be a South African citizen
- Not have previously participated in a Learnership with INSETA
- Be between the ages of 18 and 35
- Have been unemployed for the last 6 months
