Reporting to the Head Chef, the Kitchen Assistant is responsible for supporting the Head Chef to provide a high-quality food service within the home, ensuring that high standards are achieved to meet the needs of the residents Shifts vary from early to late shift. No later finish than 7:30pm About your previous work experience in a caring environment is necessary as full training will be provided.
You must genuinely be a caring individual who wishes to help others and put them first. You will have excellent customer service, verbal and written communication, and IT skills, together with an eye for detail. You must be organized, numerate and accurate, with a can-do attitude. You are comfortable working alone & within a team. You are confident in handling personal and sensitive data and ensuring it is maintained confidentially, adhering to GDPR at all times.
