Game Store Decemer Seasonal job. Retail outlet Game invites interested applicants to apply for Store Assistant positions. Although this is a part time/ contract position, successful applicants will gain great retail experience by creating an ultimate shopping experience for customers.
Furthermore, successful candidates will be responsible for growing sales performance by being skilled multi-taskers.
Minimum Requirements:
- No qualification is needed to qualify for the position, but Matric/Grade 12 will be an added advantage.
- Excellent customer service skills
Good communication skills in English (written and verbal) - Planning, merchandising and customer focus skills.
- Must be self-motivated, result and target driven.
- Be willing to work retail hours (during weekends and public holidays)
- Ability to multi-task
- Team player
- Less than 1 year retail experience.

- Creating a customer centric environment at Game Stores.
- Strengthen the team by helping customers through the purchasing process.
- Greet, Thank and Help customers during their shopping.
- Make the customer’s shopping experience easy, simple and stress-free.
- Ensure that all customers are served promptly, efficiently and in a courteous manner.
- Improve customer service levels
- Resolve customer complaints and
- queries timeously by providing relevant information or escalating the queries to management.
- Engage with customers by informing them of products and services that are offered by Game stores
- To execute the customer experience initiatives as per Game stores requirement.
