Key Purposes
To assist in:
Supporting L&D infrastructure and processes.
Developing and implementing competence-building initiatives.
Ensuring governance and compliance in L&D-related activities.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Learning & Development Infrastructure:
- Support standardization of L&D practices across the business.
- Provide L&D support for projects.
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships.
Competence Development:
- Implement learning solutions in collaboration with specialists.
- Support Competence Assurance Process (CAP).
- Evaluate program effectiveness via ROI.
- Design and develop training material.
Governance:
- Monitor and track L&D initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with governance and audit requirements.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting.
Skills, Experience & Education
Qualifications:
- Relevant HR Degree/Diploma.
- ODETDP Practitioner registration (advantageous).
Experience:
- 1-3 years in Learning & Development.
- Experience in training material development and national business project rollouts.
- eLearning design and development (advantageous).
- Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- LMS365 experience (advantageous).
