Job Description

Provide qualifying learners with the opportunity to enroll in an NQF 3 Personal Leadership Development SAQA registered qualification ID: 83946, National Certificate: Management. This qualification contributes to the full development of learners within the food and beverage packaging environment by providing recognition, further mobility, and portability within the beverage manufacturing and fast-moving consumer goods environment.

Learnership:
The qualified learner will be exposed to:

  • A structured learning program combining theoretical training and on-the-job learning
  • Bottling processes and procedures
  • Safety and housekeeping standards
  • Quality tests and specifications
  • Beverage handling practices

Skills, Experience & Education

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Completed National Certificate: Food and Beverage Packaging Operations NQF3
  • Must be a South African Citizen
  • Grade 12 with Mathematics & Physical Science (NOT Maths Literacy)
  • Must be an Employment Equity candidate
  • Must not have previously completed the same qualification/learnership at another company or organization
  • Must have been unemployed at the time of appointment
  • N5/N6 advantageous
  • Must be between 18-35 years of age
