Job Description
Main Purpose:
- Identify and understand customer needs, delivering high-quality customer service.
- Increase business profitability while ensuring fair treatment of customers.
- This is a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate, resolve, and process high volume customer inquiries.
- Promote client products and enhance customer experience.
- Provide accurate information on products and services.
- Escalate queries, complaints, and risks to relevant teams.
- Increase customer retention and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate and secure customer records.
- Adhere to company and departmental standards and policies.
