Applications Open for the BCX Internships Programme. The BCX Graduate Development Programme offers a career establishment platform for young talent transitioning from universities to the workplace. We recruit and carefully select talented young people to give them exposure to the BCX work environment. As part of our young talent programme, you will get an opportunity to contribute to BCX projects, partner with experts and teams across the organisation, and access learning content on BCX products and services. The programme duration is 24 months of internal business and functional rotation, and formal learning aligned to individual development needs and skills gaps in the organisation.

Key Deliverables / Primary Functions
Participate in various business unit or business area related projects as and when assigned, and in line with development objectives.
