REQUIREMENTS: ABET. Must be literate and able to function in a team. Verbal and written
communication skills. Willing to receive guidance and instruction. Basic
knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and application thereof according
to specified cleaning techniques to ensure acceptance clean and neat appearance
of the building, the ability, health, and energy to perform strenuous tasks. Problem-solving skills, planning and organizing skills, good initiative, adaptability to work
conditions, thoroughness, honesty, integrity, and the willingness to work hard,
coupled with work pride. Appropriate communication skills, sound interpersonal
relations, ability to work in a team and under pressure.

DUTIES: The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Cleaning of offices,
corridors, boardrooms, kitchens, restrooms, etc. Serving water for
tea/coffee. Prepare boardroom for meetings. Washing of windows and walls. In
absence of a linen supervisor, issue and receive linen from wards. Sending dirty
linen to and from Masakhana Laundry. Any other ad-hoc duties as requested from
time to time. Participating in the Performance Management Development System
(PMDS).
