If you haven’t heard of WEP before, it’s our annual program where we host 3rd/final year students from across South Africa to discover and explore a career in retail. This is a great opportunity to learn about our culture, the way we operate, and the retail industry while following a tailored program designed to give you on-the-job exposure to your field of study.

- BuyingWEP dates this year are the 4th July and will be hosted in Durban at our Head Office

Traineeship Programme
- Buyer TraineeDiploma/Degree in Fashion Design, Clothing Management, Interior Design, Clothing Production or Textiles
- 0-1 Year experience in Manufacturing (advantageous)
- Knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, fibers & quality.
- Mathematical skills.
- Negotiation & presentation skills.
- Planner TraineeA completed Degree in Commerce, Business Science, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Strategic Management, Supply Chain, Logistics or Retail.
- 0-1 Year work experience
