YOUR ROLE
Assist in the development of new and modification of existing products to meet customer requirements by following the procedures laid down in relevant parts of the Quality Manual.
Provide technical support to Customers and Sales.
Supports and ensures completion of Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Plan on customer/product performance complaints
Support Operations, Sales & Marketing.
Participates in presentations to customers
Support for Industrial Solutions & Durable goods operation by trouble-shooting problems in Production, QC and Purchasing.
Maintain SHEQ standards and apply good laboratory practice to laboratory work.
Prepare accurate and meaningful technical reports according to scientific norms.
Perform other duties/tasks as may be required within the scope of the position
YOUR SKILLS
Degree in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry
