Core Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative office duties for the new metering and electrical installations
- Provide customers with first-line administrative meter installation advice and handle first-line queries relevant to new meter and electrical installation
- Effectively utilize Business Process Management system to schedule job cards for prepayment, conventional, smart, and AMR meters
- Comply with legislation and organizational policy to effectively contribute towards meeting organizational objectives
- Apply a good work ethic to prevent financial losses
- Ensure compliance with the Batho Pele principles, maintain good customer relations, and efficient and productive service delivery
- Apply a good work ethic to maintain a high level of productivity
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Computer Literacy
- 1-year experience in a similar environment
